Great service and even with English! I had a plumbing issue for which Czech plumber did not want to come because they said it will be too big of a project for them… Randaal boss’s Marek Marhoul called me and told me that it can be big, but it is not possible to know from the photos. He offered to send the next day one of its team member and check it out. They had a call over to help me understand (my Czech is not bad but the tech linguo of plumber??..!!!). After checking the issue , it turned out that it was minor and they fixed it on the spot. The price for an intervention on Saturday was very reasonable and I will called them again for any of my issues! I highly recommend them.
